Route Posting

Once the monthly Schedulers have been run, the dates and times of the business scheduled for the month for each Route will fill the Route Posting screens. When Service Tickets are returned from the field, all you have to do to post the work is to click on a single field and, if payment has been received, then enter the date, payment type and amount of payment. Customer balance information is automatically updated. You can also do manual scheduling or re-scheduling of work in the Route Posting function. Route schedules can be sorted by Date or by Grid.

Clicking on any date in the calendar will take you to the services already scheduled on that date.  This makes it very easy to see this driver's availability for easy re-scheduling of services.
