This is the Main Menu for Pest Controller:
Company Data holds and processes information about your company, all of your clients,
your routes and drivers and payments received.
Schedulers build the monthly service schedules for all of your routes. There is also a scheduler function for sending statements to all customers who have a contract billing arrangement with your company; i.e., they may receive monthly service, but are only billed four times per year.
Termites handles all of the functions for scheduling your Termite Contract Renewals and for producing your Renewal Notices. The WDO function allows you to enter the information required for the Florida WDO report and then print this information on the pre-printed WDO form. Each Pest Controller client who purchases the WDO option will have this function customized to his WDO report format. The WDO function includes a copy of most of the Customer Information for ease of use.
Pest Controller Reports are separated into Daily Reports, Monthly Reports, production of Statements, production of Master lists of Routes, and Call Lists for all customers who must be called to schedule appointments each month. Service Analysis allows you to sort data in many different ways to analyze information for management purposes.
